Posting policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy sets out the rules for content that pre-approved Advertisers publish in the French Riviera Jobs & Services Facebook group and that all users publish across the platform (directory, forum and reviews). It supplements our Terms of sale and use (/terms).

1. Scope

These rules apply to posts made in the Group by pre-approved Advertisers and to all content published on the platform. They exist alongside, and do not replace, the Facebook group's own rules and Facebook's platform policies.

2. Who may post in the group

Only a current pre-approved Advertiser — a business with an active Azur or VIP subscription, or a valid promotional entitlement — may post in the Group. The Vitrine tier is directory-only and does not grant Group posting rights. Pre-approval is a manual administrative action and can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Posting frequency

An advertising post is a post that promotes the Advertiser's business, products, services or offers. An Azur Advertiser may publish up to two advertising posts per week in the Group (a week runs Monday to Sunday). A VIP Advertiser may publish up to one advertising post per day, under a fair-use rule: no abuse. We may treat near-identical posts, or posts that crowd out other members, as abuse even within the daily limit. Each limit applies per business and is shared by all its linked profiles. Other posts, such as answers to members or taking part in discussions, are not advertising posts and follow the Group's normal rules. Posting beyond these limits, repeated posting, and duplicate content across multiple posts, are not permitted.

4. Prohibited content

You must not publish content that is:

  • unlawful, or promoting unlawful goods or services;
  • misleading, deceptive or fraudulent, including fake offers or misleading pricing;
  • discriminatory, hateful, harassing, violent or adult in nature;
  • spam, chain messages, or repetitive/automated content;
  • infringing the intellectual property, image or privacy rights of others.

5. No sales ads

The Group and the platform are not a classifieds site. Ads selling personal items — for example a bike, a car, furniture or clothes — are not accepted, whether they come from a member or an Advertiser. Advertisers may promote their business's products and services, within their posting allowance.

6. Job advertisements

Job postings are a feature reserved to paid Advertisers (Vitrine, Azur and VIP, within the number of postings included in their subscription). Publishing a job advertisement is subject to the following additional rules, on top of the "Prohibited content" rules above.

Job advertisements must comply with French anti-discrimination law. In particular, a job ad must not require or mention a candidate's age, sex, national or ethnic origin, family situation, pregnancy, health, disability, religion, political or trade union opinions, or sexual orientation, except where a characteristic is a genuine and determining occupational requirement expressly permitted by law.

Salary information and working conditions stated in a job advertisement must be honest and accurate. A published job advertisement automatically closes 60 days after publication unless the Advertiser republishes it.

7. Accurate information and genuine reviews

Business information must be truthful and kept up to date. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; buying, selling, incentivising or fabricating reviews is prohibited, whether about your own business or a competitor.

8. Intellectual property

Only publish content you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for the images, text and trademarks you upload, and you grant Veziro SASU the right to display them on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Moderation

Veziro SASU and the Group administrators may, at their discretion, remove any content, remove individual images, or withdraw pre-approval where this policy or the Group's rules are breached.

10. Consequences of a breach

Depending on the seriousness of the breach, consequences may include removal of the content, withdrawal of pre-approval, suspension of the account, or termination of the subscription. For a serious breach attributable to the user, no refund is due for the current period.

11. About the Facebook group

French Riviera Jobs & Services is independent and not affiliated with Facebook or Meta. Pre-approval and posting depend on Facebook's platform and rules, which we do not control, and reach is never guaranteed.
