Terms of sale and use

These Terms set out the conditions under which Veziro SASU provides the platform and its services, and the rights and obligations of users. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the platform.

Veziro SASU may amend these Terms; the version applicable is the one in force at the time you use the platform or, for a subscription, at the time it renews (see "Amendments to the Terms").

• Platform: the French Riviera Jobs & Services website and its services.
• Member: any person with a free account.
• Advertiser: a business with an active paid subscription (Vitrine, Azur or VIP).
• Group: the associated French Riviera Jobs & Services Facebook group.
• Pre-approval: a manual administrative action allowing an Advertiser to publish within the Group under its rules.
• Directory: the public business directory hosted on the platform.
• RFQ: a request for offer sent by a user to one or more Advertisers.

The platform offers free services (member accounts, browsing the directory, the community forum, sending requests for offer) and paid advertising subscriptions on a monthly basis:

• Vitrine — €30 excl. tax / €36 incl. tax per month. A directory-only listing. It does not grant any Facebook group posting rights and never enters the group pre-approval queues.
• Azur — €300 excl. tax / €360 incl. tax per month. A directory listing plus pre-approved advertiser status, with the right to publish up to two advertising posts per week (Monday to Sunday) within the Group. Its other posts in the Group follow the Group's normal rules. All of this is subject to the Posting policy and the Group's rules.
• VIP — €600 excl. tax / €720 incl. tax per month. All Azur benefits plus featured placement in the directory and priority broadcast of requests for offer, with up to one advertising post per day in the Group, under a fair-use rule: no abuse.

Value added tax applies at the rate of 20%. The paid subscriptions are intended for businesses acting as professionals. The features of each tier are described on the pricing page and may evolve over time; the essential characteristics set out here will not be reduced during a paid period without notice.

Using most services requires creating an account with a valid email address. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

To subscribe as an Advertiser you must be a business and provide the registration details required for compliant invoicing: for a French business, the SIRET, VAT number and a proof of registration (Kbis or avis de situation SIRENE); for a business established in another country, the applicable company registration number and supporting document. Veziro SASU may verify this information and may refuse or suspend an account that provides false or incomplete information.

You undertake to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

• publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful or adult content;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• send spam, duplicate or automated content, or otherwise abuse the request-for-offer, review or forum features;
• impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your business;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or circumvent the security of the platform.

Content published in the Group and across the platform is also governed by the Posting policy (/posting-policy).

Subscriptions are taken out online. After selecting a tier, you are directed to our payment provider to enter your payment details and confirm your order. The subscription begins once the first payment is confirmed. A confirmation is sent to your account email address.

Prices are shown both excluding tax (HT) and including tax (TTC) and are billed monthly in euros, in advance, for each period. VAT of 20% applies. Prices may change; any change applies from the next renewal after you have been informed.

Compliant invoices are issued for each payment and made available in your account. Invoices and the supporting registration documents are retained for the period required by law.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Veziro SASU does not store your full card details. If a payment fails, access to the paid features may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically by tacit agreement at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing area; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. No pro-rata refund is due for a period already started, except where the law requires otherwise.

The paid subscriptions are aimed at businesses acting as professionals, for whom the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not, in principle, apply. However, under Article L. 221-3 of the French Consumer Code, a professional who employs no more than five people and subscribes for a purpose outside their main field of activity benefits from the same 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer. If this applies to you, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting contact -@- frenchrivierajobsservices.com; where you have asked us to begin the service during that period, any portion already performed remains payable. The free services involve no payment and are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

Pre-approval to post in the Group is a manual administrative action performed by the Group's administrators. It is discretionary and revocable, subject to the Posting policy and to Facebook's own rules and platform, which Veziro SASU does not control.

Veziro SASU does not guarantee any level of visibility, reach, engagement or results from posting in the Group. A subscription buys community sponsorship and the right to be pre-approved within the Group's rules; it does not buy a guaranteed audience. The Vitrine tier carries no Group posting rights at all.

Veziro SASU may moderate, edit visibility of, or remove any content that breaches these Terms or the Posting policy, and may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach. Where a subscription is terminated for a serious breach attributable to the user, no refund is due for the current period.

Veziro SASU provides the platform on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Veziro SASU is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data, nor for events beyond its reasonable control, including the operation of, or changes to, third-party services such as Facebook. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The platform and its original content are protected by intellectual property law. By publishing content (listing, logo, forum posts, reviews), you grant Veziro SASU the non-exclusive right to host and display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to do so.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy (/privacy), which describes what data is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.

Veziro SASU is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by an event of force majeure as defined by French law and case law.

Veziro SASU may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the services or in the law. Members and Advertisers are informed of material changes; continued use of the platform, or the renewal of a subscription, after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution first. A consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator and may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
